In the talk I gave a brief introduction to the paper Quantum circuits cannot control unknown operations in which I explained the contents of the paper, along with the deterministic version of the no-programming theorem. In the talk I gave a brief introduction to the paper Quantum Bayes’ rule affirming consistency in measurement inferences in quantum mechanics in which I layed out my (hopefully correct) interpretation of the framework used.
